Historically, the biggest single piece of the SILV events has always been the Show-and-Shine and we fully expect that 2010 will continue that tradition. This is THE place to see and be seen if you are at all into the Toyota Supra. It will be two years since the last SILV event. That’s a LOT of time for people to make changes. We’ve been hearing about a huge number of surprises that are in store. You don’t want to have to rely on some tiny picture to see all of the GREAT ideas that have been in the works for the past two years.
This year our Show-and-Shine will be held in conjunction with the Import Face Off event. We will have our own dedicated area just for the Supras but there will be a lot more going on than just hanging out in a parking lot looking at, and talking about Supras. Note that this may change if we are able to locate a suitable parking lot for Saturday afternoon.
They will have a Sound Off event where you can find out how many dB your boomin’ stereo can belt out as well as a Burnout Contest.
Make sure your Supras are as polished as possible because the IFO will have several magazines covering their event that will be on the lookout for cars to feature.
Cost will be $30 for Supra and driver entering the Show-and-Shine (Show-and-Shine participants will receive a free 1-year subscription to a magazine), $20 ($17 with a flyer coupon) for spectators – spectators pay one fee and can check out the Show and Drags. Flyer coupons will be available at the Dyno Challenge, Scenic Drive, and Poker Tournament. There will be no pre-registration for this year's Show-and-Shine. You will pay at the gate and then be directed to our show lot.
Just announced is the "Sport Compact Fighting" featuring the Half Pint Brawlers.

4:30 pm - Awards Presentation
