For the 2003 Supras Invade Las Vegas event we will no longer be participating in the Friday night Test-and-Tune session. We have been invited to participate in an evening of racing with just Corvettes, Vipers, and Supras. LVMS anticipates about 30 Vettes and 30 Vipers, while we expect 50+ Supras. This should be an exciting evening of racing. Last year we saw two Supras running in the 9s for the 1/4 with a best run of 9.2. Can anyone top these speeds in 2003? Come out and give it your best shot.

Back by popular demand we will offer an ET Drags Class as well as the Ultimate Supra Shootout. The top 16 Supras during qualifying will be moved into the Ultimate Class for a heads up race to the finish. The remaining Supras will go into the ET Class.

For those not participating in any of the specific drag classes, we hope to have grudge racing available. Line up against your best friend and see who makes it to the end first.

Anyone that would like to get some practice in before the "official" drag racing on Saturday night is welcome to head up to the track on Friday night for the regular Test-and-Tune or the Midnight Mayhem sessions. Runs made during either of these sessions will not count towards any of the awards listed below.

Take I-15 N away from the Hotel.
Exit at Speedway Blvd.
Follow the signs to The Strip.

Rules
* We are racing at the invitation of the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. We are NOT renting the track. There will be other cars racing sharing the track.
* Please follow all instructions given by the LVMS Staff.
* Drivers must wear long pants. Open toed shoes are not allowed for racing. No shoes, no shirt, no service
* There will be a drivers meeting before the racing begins. Time and place to be announced over the PA system at the track. Drivers that do not attend this MANDATORY meeting will be disqualified from the Supra competition.
* Practice runs will be used to determine what class you will go into for the eliminiations portion of the racing. We hope to offer several runs to everyone but once the practice runs are over we go into eliminations. No whining about not getting there in time. Please arrive early to get your practice runs in.
* By attending this activity you agree to the rules of the track. You will have to sign a waiver to get onto the property.
