 SUPRAS INVADE LAS VEGAS Let It Ride! October 13 - 15, 2005  Like an instinctual migration, the Supras returned this fall to Las Vegas, "The Entertainment Capital of the World", for the annual "Supras Invade Las Vegas" event. "Although dedicated to Toyota Supras, the Invasion is a car show any car enthusiast can appreciate." Turbo & High-Tech Performance Magazine February 2002 
It was another record-setting year for the Supras Invade Las Vegas event in 2005. We had our second consecutive sell-out of our rooms at the official hotel, this year selling 117 rooms out of our block of 115. Supra owners came from far off places like New Zealand and Australia and one owner shipped his Supra in from Hawaii.
The Scenic Drive had more than 45 Supras on the trek out of Las Vegas and up Mt Charleston. Our first Poker Tournament had 25 participants and paid out the top six places. Always the largest single gathering of Supras anywere in the universe, the Show-and-Shine did not disappoint this year as we set a new record with more than 170 Supras all parked in the same lot (with even more still left in the parking garage). We have a new record of 1200whp as the dyno was pegged this year and on the 1320 it is Supra - 1 / Grand National - 0.
