We couldn't put on this annual Supra tradition without the help of our sponsors. Each year these generous shops dig deep into their pockets and give back to the community.
For the first time in the history of SILV we have had a sponsor stiff us on this sponsorship. Many phone calls were placed to UPFD prior to the event and they gave a verbal agreement on sponsoring SILV06. They guaranteed participation at the Associate level but said they would look into possibly being an Activity sponsor. After a few weeks they let me know they would not be able to do the Activity level but reassured me that they would send in the money to be an Associate sponsor.
Now Matt will not even take my calls and has not responded to email or snail mail correspondance.
If you have any dealings with UPFD please let them know how dissapointed you are that they backed out on their word.
